My first time trying out oil pulling and this product. Honestly, the coconut oil is tough to swivel inside your mouth for longer than 5 minutes! I know it's good for me but it's really rough due to the taste. I have only tried it 3 times and after a clean mouth wash off, my mouth feels very clean! I was attracted to the product because of Mr. Adams' clean and organic ingredients so I gave it a try! I hope this will maintain my teeth for many decades to come.

There is peace in knowing i am consuming products that have been tested for safety. I put our powdered tumeric in a salt shaker on the kitchen table. It is becoming an automatic garnish to our meals just like s&p. We have upped our priorities: we are investing in quality and ourselves. Thank you Mike!
