Wish it was a tad less hot but I’m still enjoying it and it’s the only source for this I know of that’s 100% organic. I like having a handful after a meal and the size of pieces is handy for that but I wouldn’t mind if most of the pieces were larger, like little cubes. Even so I recommend it to those who enjoy crystallized ginger.
