Cough it up
This cleared my lungs out pretty quickly. Phlegm was bad enough that it even affected my speaking voice. I was constantly having to clear my throat before and while speaking. That was such a nuisance. It wasn't long before all of that cleared up. He is currently out now and I wish I had gotten more when I could. I am on the email list for notification when more is available and I will NOT be making that mistake again!
