Description
Our Health Ranger Select Organic Tri-color Quinoa Mega Bucket contains over four thousand grams of organic tri-color quinoa. This extension to shelf life provided by our Health Ranger Mega Buckets makes it ideal for food preparedness and survival situations. Our organic tri-color quinoa is carefully sourced from top growers in Peru. It is non-GMO, non-China, certified organic and Kosher. It has also been laboratory tested for glyphosate, heavy metals and microbiology.

- 3/4 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Tri-color Quinoa, (rinsed)
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 can unsalted organic black beans, (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen/thawed organic corn
- 1/2 medium-sized, organic red bell pepper, (seeded and chopped)
- 1 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Freeze-Dried Mango Pieces
- 1/4 cup organic onion, (finely chopped)
- ⅓ cup organic cilantro (chopped)
- Optional: Avocado
- 3 Tbsp. organic extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh organic lime juice
- 1 tsp. Health Ranger Select Premium Raw Manuka Honey MGO 514+
- 2 tsp. organic chili powder
- ½ tsp. ground organic cumin
- 1 tsp. Health Ranger Select Pink Himalayan Salt (Fine Ground)
- 1/4 tsp. Health Ranger Organic Ground Black Pepper
- Combine the quinoa and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and scoop it into a salad bowl. Let it cool while preparing the other ingredients.
- Chop up the vegetables. Mix into the quinoa.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
- Drizzle over the mixture and toss.
- Refrigerate. Enjoy while chilled.

Cooking Instructions: Soak quinoa in cold water for a few minutes, until outer shell is removed. Strain and rinse. Boil 2 cups of liquid (water or broth) for every cup of quinoa. Add quinoa, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Fluff with fork. |
