Oil pulling is easy to do: Just put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and swish it around before spitting it out. How to use O₃ Ozone-Infused Oil Pulling Solution 
 
Adding our premium oil pulling solution to your routine is a simple and straightforward process:
  1. Put about a tablespoon of O₃ Ozone-Infused Oil Pulling Solution in your mouth.
  2. Gargle for 5–20 minutes, making sure the solution reaches every part of your oral cavity. Do not swallow the solution. 
  3. The solution will get thicker as it picks up impurities in your mouth. Once it gets thick, spit it out and brush your teeth as usual.
 
For optimal oral health, do oil pulling once in the morning and again in the evening before going to bed. Consult with a natural health practitioner if more frequent use is needed.

NOTE: After gargling, spit the solution into the trashcan to prevent oil buildup in your pipes. Do not drink anything before rinsing your mouth.

1. Floss once a day with OraMD Floss

2. Brush morning and evening: Wet toothbrush, turn bottle upside down (do not shake), drop 1-5 drops (1-2 drops when first starting) of OraMD onto the bristles and brush as directed. Those who have sensitive gums should increase the amount at their own pace. Be sure to brush your tongue. OraMD can be powerfully minty so stay within your comfort zone.

Brushing Technique: Hold the OraMD Toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth and brush in a short, circular motion with the bristles penetrating the gum line as you brush. Apply firm but light pressure. This gentle sweeping action along the gum line will dislodge the soft material containing foreign particles, bacteria and plaque thereby reducing cavities and preventing gum infection. Brush the outer surfaces, and the chewing surfaces. For optimal results use our uniquely designed OraMD Toothbrush.

3. Rinse and gargle morning and evening: 1-2 drops of OraMD in an ounce of water.

TIP: For drops to come out slower turn bottle at a slight angle approximately 45 degrees.
CAUTION: Do not use electric toothbrushes with OraMD as the plastics used may not hold up to the menthols in this product. Recently, manufacturers have been moving to a lesser quality plastic that warps when it comes in contact with our tooth oil.
POTENTIAL SOLUTION:  Run your electric toothbrush under medium hot water for 10 - 20 seconds.

Mouth is so clean

I absolutely love both of these products. The oil pulling is wonderful— I’ve used straight coconut oil before but this is so much better with the mint and ozone. My mouth feels so clean. And the OraMD I use just one drop on my toothbrush in the morning and it leaves my mouth so minty fresh...and lasts forever because it takes so little. I love that the mint and ozone (from the ozone oil pulling) is killing all the unhealthy bacteria in my gums and mouth....without any toxins.

I bought this for my children and they love it! They went around blowing in everyone's face, "smell my breath" haha It really is worthy of that reaction! You can smell it in the room even. It's great. We love it.
