Love this product!
This pancake mix is easy to assemble. I did add some extra milk to get the consistency that I like for cooking. It would be helpful to have the directions on the package. These pancakes are very delicious and I love the healthy ingredients. I wish I had bought more than one package as we went through it pretty fast.
Great Pancakes!
I'm impressed with this pancake mix and love the clean ingredients. It has a great balance of blueberry and vanilla. I found that adding more liquid than the directions - mixing a 1:1 ratio of pancake mix to almond milk, works best for fluffy and delicious pancakes.
