Cooking Instructions: Rinse and soak peas in cold water 8-12 hours, drain and rinse, transfer to a large pot, add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 45 - 90 mins stirring and adding stock as needed. Season with salt and pepper. |
