Apple Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 apple, chopped
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons rolled oats 
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup milk of your choice
1 drop Health Ranger Select Organic Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
